We want you to love your Lorrehouse pieces. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and hardware. Made-to-order and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you'd like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. In some cases, we can arrange a direct exchange — contact us to check availability.
